The Annunciation, Fra Angelica, 1426
Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O sacred Virgin; Give me strength against thine enemies.
Dignare me laudare te, Virgo sacrata: Da mihi virtutem contra hostes tuos.
O Almighty and everlasting God, who hast enabled Thy servants, in confessing the true Faith, to acknowledge the glory of the eternal Trinity, and in the power of Majesty to adore its Unity: we beseech Thee, that by steadfastness in the same Faith, we may ever be defended against all adversity. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who lives and reigns with Thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever.

The Fifteen Mysteries and the Virgin of the Rosary, Anonymous, c. 1515-1520
“Have you strayed from the path leading to heaven? Then call on Mary, for her name means "Star of the Sea, the North Star which guides the ships of our souls during the voyage of this life," and she will guide you to the harbor of eternal salvation.”
― St Louis De Monfort, The Secret Of The Rosary
“There are three crowns for the one who recites the holy Rosary every day: 1. crown of graces during life; 2. crown of peace at death; 3. crown of glory in eternity.”
― St Louis de Montfort, The Secret of the Rosary
“It has always been remarked that those who wear the outward look of reprobation, like impious heretics and proud worldlings, hate or despise the Hail Mary or the Rosary. Heretics still learn and say the Our Father, but not the Hail Mary, nor the Rosary. That is their horror. They would rather wear a serpent than a rosary.”
"Acquire the habit of speaking to God as if you were alone with Him, familiarly and with confidence and love, as to the dearest and most loving of friends. Speak to Him often of your business, your plans, your troubles, your fears - of everything that concerns you. Converse with Him confidently and frankly; for God is not wont to speak to a soul that does not speak to Him."
- Saint Alphonsus Liguori
